Help me to update my lumia 900 from 7.5 to 7.10

Hi,
I tried to update my phone several times. But it always be sucked at step 6. It showed cell phone plus cable to PC. But its cable still be plussed to PC. I don't know what wrong with it. May you show me the way to resolve it?

I use Zune to update. Plus cable, wait until it run update, let its go on and suck at step 6. I tried over 10 times, I even reseted my phone. But it still not run. It always show the same picture "plus cable from phone to PC"
