Tango is a video calling application, and is being released on Nov 7.

It is also the name of the next WP7 update which has no release date as of yet. Details are still sketchy but there is some debate over whether it will be a minor NoDo-esque update or an update aimed primarily at making WP7 more asian-market friendly.

Yes, Tango is going to be available on phones without front camera. Tango will have minor bug fixes and some new options. It wont be big update, but smaller one. After Tango, will come Apollo, that will be Windows Phone 8
