Here Drive + Freezing.....very often

I turned off the internet connection while using it on the weekend and it actually worked without freezing. Used it on a 2 hour drive and it worked both ways without any issues. Good thing we have offline maps!

I haven't had any problems in months, maybe a year. I'm not sure why. You could try backing up, doing a factory reset, and restoring.

I did a drive last week and I turned wifi off and bluetooth on and I didn't have the usual problems with HERE Drive freezing. In a couple of weeks I am going to try another more extensive test and report back. I don't know if it is because I had bluetooth on or if it was because I was on the phone. During phone calls LTE data is deactivated. I think it drops to 4G. Just something to think about. Fiddle with the radios. I have always had downloaded maps on my phone.
