Here maps and here drive no more available

We all may lose HERE anyway. A conglomerate of German auto manufacturers (BMW, Audi and I think Mercedes) are buying HERE from Nokia.
That could be why Microsoft is elevating Bing mapping.

I hope we can still keep it though.

it's not really a problem.
Microsoft has license agreement with nokia HERE to use it's data. even another company purchase HERE the deal still continue unless one of the party break it.
since Microsoft paying for HERE data I don't think they going to reject them. (it's business after all)

After factory resetting my lumia 920, Lumia Denim got installed on its own. Now I am searching for HERE Maps and HERE Drive+ but not able to find in store. So I download Maps, but it does not support voice navigation. I have to install another app for that. Is there any other app just like HERE Drive+????

Very strange, on last build I got both Here. A good free alternative is Waze
