HERE Maps not syncing with Nokia / Here Account

Hey guys,

Currently running:
Lumia 1520.3
Windows 8.1 Denium
Latest version of HERE Maps
Maps are updated.

I've had this problem several times with HERE Maps in which the maps unable to sync to my active account. Has anyone had this problem? Any resolutions? Please do let me know. I often get the message of "Can't reach here Maps at the moment - Make sure flight mode is turned off and check your data or WiFi Connection." My data is active and my WiFi is on!

Please let me know. I'll be going on business trip soon and would like to utilize my phone's navigation system and mapping.

I've already ported my Nokia account over. I found the resolution. Just simply sign out of the account and sign back in the problem resolved on its own.
