There's an updated recovery tool. I believe the new updated version came out today, so try re-downloading and re-installing it. Also, try to restart your phone first by holding down the power and volume down buttons together until it vibrates, then see if the new updated recovery tool can find your phone. Try a different USB port on your PC as well...
