had a 5gig plan never used more then 6 for months then it jumped to 7-8 without changing my habits so I went with a 10gig plan and my first bill on that plan was 15 or 16 gigs used. Sorry but bull**** its a scam total scam, I called att out on it and said there looking into it. I told them calmly I'll pay my bill but will not pay the overage charges.
