High RAM Usage on W10?

Hey guys. I'm running W10 Education and having some problems with a large percentage of my system's RAM being used event though I have no major apps or programs running. It's using 5gb out of 8gb total and as far as I can tell there shouldn't be anything hogging so much memory. Usually restarting fixes it but it gets annoying after a while.

Anyone else having this issue or know what it might be? Thanks all!

Task manager doesn't display other memory usage. like I said on another post, try process explorer, or process hacker and try to find what's causing the memory leak. you could also use resource monitor and get some columns that will help but process explorer/hacker are easier and better.
I had a problem on Windows 8 and it was probably a licensing process I wasn't even using it, after turning services I didn't need, I got my memory back.
it was using 70% when it was suppose to use only 30%. I would test the programs I mentioned, but you could also start closing useless services you don't need, and apps, and such, until something changes.
