How can I edit a forwarded email?

I need to edit some content in an email that must be forwarded to coworkers and a consultant. The forwarded message contains two specific errors regarding a job site issue, that we are acknowledging. I would like to remove the specific description of the errors and just write in "errors" instead.

Is this possible without having to go to my surface or my iPhone? When I log in to outlook through the desktop version of the IE browser on my phone, I can not address my work email, only my personal accounts.
