how can i get a replacement nib for my surface pro pen?

Hi there! I have had my surface pro 3 since 2015! I love it! I am an artist and use my pen quite regularly Today I have just noticed that the nib is breaking! I super-glued it to hold it together for now but I am searching all over for replacement nibs. If you can help me in any way that'd be great! Thank You for your time.
