How can I sync my Lumia 1520 to my Honda Civic?

Windows Central Question

cant sync Lumia 1520 to Honda Civic

I cant find discover on the phone (to try manually) and the car keeps telling me it cant find phone. Bluetooth is on, advanced setting checked. Any thoughts? TIA Lori
