how do i charge lumia 635 from pc

my phone is not charging from wall outlets. when used USB cable and attached to computer charged up to 3% but computer was damaged. am attached to a different computer today and would like to make sure phone is charging properly

In my experience, the USB cable was enough to charge it. Unless something is wrong with the cable, it should be fine charging to the other computer. Please note that charging it from the computer is kind of slow, but better than nothing.
