How to enable Speech Rocognition in Visual Studio 2013

Hi,

I am trying to build an application which is windows phone application and wants to enable speech recognition from Visual Studio. I am able to find package manifest file but can't find any setting for speech recognition. I wanted to build an app that can respond to voice inputs.

Any ideas how this can be done.

I am not able to see the speech recognition capability...can you please help how to get it visible...do i need a separate sdk
