950XL on slow ring, running 15063.2. Done a reset without backup for a fresh start.
In photos app, when viewing photos there used to be a heart symbol at the bottom which would make the photo a favourite and add it to the favourites folder. I now have no favourites folder and the heart does not appear, just edit and the new share icon.
In photos app settings the option for Tile: The photos tile shows: Favourites is still there..
