How do I recover photos after OS re install (Lumia 1020)?

Need to recover photos after OS re install (Lumia 1020)

Recently I upgraded to Windows 10 developers preview version and I did a roll back to Windows 8.1 using Windows roll back software. During this process I did not save a back up of media and after OS re install phone was completely clear no media was there. Is there a possibility of getting the images back ? If yes kindly suggest the procedures. I did the roll back previous day and after that I haven't loaded anything much. Kindly help me !!! Thanks in advance

Look on your OneDrive account. If you have sync turned on, then they'll be there. If you didn't have the backup option set and didn't otherwise upload/transfer the photos then they're gone.

You do get warned that user data will be lost when you perform a hard reset or use the software recovery tool.

Ok but If someone has turn on the photo/video sync, how place again the stuff to the phone?
I have try to open OneDrive app, and download again my stuff but it re-upload them again to OneDrive (lol?).
Have someone try to place OneDrive's files manually via cable (or directly to MicroSD)? The WP will upload them again?
