How do I retrieve my backed up files after I perform a rest on my ICON?

Reset my ICON

I started my phone with the wrong Microsoft account - I want to reset my phone and put in the correct account. I have backed up all my files when connected to my desktop. My phone is being backed with the backup feature - after reset how do I retrieve that backup and what will I lose - advice, tips, or comments?

Backup restore will be part of the setup process IF you use the same MS account for your phone. If its a different one, MS's services won't think its the same person, and the backup may be lost unless you use the same account.

What is backed up? App data is hit and miss, some developers implemented it, some not. (especially games)
Pictures and videos are hopefully safe on OneDrive.
Text messages are synced.
etc.
I'm blanking sorry, but all of this hinges on you logging in with the same MS account unfortunately.
