How do I set my Cortana to the correct TimeZone?

Ok, I did that. On my laptop if I type 'what time is it' it works. Gives me the right time for my location.

Ask Cortana - it gives me the wrong time and locates me in the UK. Do I have to set it on my phone browser?

Ok, it works on my desktop, laptop, tablet, but not my Lumia...
WHY?!!!

IF I use the phone browser and check the time it's fine.

Ask Cortana - I have to be in the UK!

Here is Cortana's response on my Lumia 930:



And on my phone browser going to Bing (I am logged in)



Phone browser is correct (where I set my location correctly), but Cortana keeps pointing me to the UK. It used to be India.
Cortana is bringing back a Bing results - why can't it get it right?

I think it's the way Bing works, hopefully Bing will correct itself eventually...
