How do I set my name in Windows Marketplace?

Hi, I seem to have some sort of issue with my live account displaying my name as 'user' whenever I rate and comment on an app I downloaded from Windows Marketplace.

I have a Windows Phone 8 handset that I had signed in with my live account, yet it states 'user' when rating and commenting on apps..

Thank you very much, but I also found out you can change it through Account Overview.
