hey everyone.
im trying to update my lumia 520 indian version since last night.
im getting this error which says "The update was downloaded, but couldn't be opened. (8007000d" i have tried many times. phone has enough space(around 2.5gb) i have tried changing the language and then updating my phone, i also tried soft reset. nothing seems to be working. i would like to avoid mobile reset.
any help on this matter is appreciated.

I'm getting a slightly different hex code - "The update was downloaded, but couldn't be opened (800b010a)". Lumia 920 unlocked, running Rogers Canada firmware.

Look for builds

Fast Ring

Check updates and then voila
I was already on the last TP.

I think the download its been downloading is that firmware BS they released a while ago that couldn't open.

I wanted to upgrade to the preview so that I could unlock all the features of my new Microsoft band. Every time I tried to upgrade I got error 8007000d. I tried just about everything I could find on error 8007000d on my lumia 1020 including: freeing up more space (had 6 GBs), windows insider, factory reset with restoring my backup, factory reset without restoring backup, changing languages etc. I finally got it to work with this:

Ran Lumia Software Recovery Tool 5.0.7 and installed the available firmware
On setup, restored my backup
Opened Microsoft Health app and accepted terms to use windows 10 preview
Ran the update through settings -> phone update
Update was successful, but Microsoft Health still said I needed to upgrade.
Ran the update through settings -> phone update
Second over the air update was successful

I'm not sure why this worked as the Lumia Software Recovery Tool loaded the exact same firmware version that was already installed.
