How do I upload my photos from my HTC Radar phone to my computer?

I have a HTC Radar4G phone from T-Mobile, I want to upload my photos from my phone to my computer. I'm very frustrated with this. I tried downloading Onedrive and it said I had two versions to delete one can't delete both and start over. My computer doesn't recognize my phone to add new devices. All I want to do is transfer my photos from my phone to my computer. My email is: diane.schroeder1960@gmail.com. Thanks

You will need to download the Zune software in order to transfer your photos in your PC.

Once you install Zune, you will be able to manage your photos in the software. Please note that you can only transfer media within the software, it won't work in the PC file explorer
