How does one use the Surface Pen on the Surface Laptop?

I really don't think the surface laptop will be the first choice from someone who needs to draw on the screen.
Not really worth buying the pen with this one

Sure, not really for an artist who can afford a Surface Pro or a Surface Book, but for a budget guy with touch screen needs I think he/she can work with the Surface Laptop.

It would be great if they added in a feature that allowed the pen to write on any flat surface that would write on the laptop. If that makes any sense

Hey All! I have a pen from an SP3 here and I am trying to use it with the Surface Laptop. I can get it to launch InkSpace via the purple button, but actual pen input does not work. Any suggestions? As of right now, I cannot seem to figure out "how one uses the surface pen with the surface laptop."

I don't think so. No magnetic holder if I'm not wrong.
