How hot is normal?

Hello all,

Just got a 930 off o2, the first unit went back because it had nicks on the screen right out the box, then so did the second unit but it wasn't as bad however I notched this heats up when web browsing, its not really a just a little hotter than warm.
I don't remember my first unit doing this at all and I was wondering how hot is normal?
Should I return it again?

My Lumia 920 is like that after heavy use of GPS usage, or playing games it heats up, it's normal...

Lumia 920 is much hotter in work, 930 makes warm only in hard gui games for me..
