How is my 1520 changing Accent and Background color by itself?

My 1520 is changing Accent and Background color by itself

I recently bought a Lumia 1520.3 and beside the strange bugs of the famous "touch issue" i can't understand why is chaging the accent and background color by itself.
I notice this behavior around once a week since i installed on my PC the Windows 10 TP, maybe this is related to w10?

There is a setting under 'Sync my settings" called Theme. If it is turned on it will change with the theme on your PC(win 8>).

and if its not that, you may want to make sure no rascal is secretly fiddling with your phone!
