How to activate Announcing contact name when a incoming call is comming?

You have to change your language and region to US before this can work.
Go to Settings >language+region>Phone Language(eng US). Next change Country to (united State)>restart phone.
After restert go to setting>ease of access>say caller name option will be there. Select it and done.

Why does just setting the Phone's language to English (US) not work? Why I have to to change the country too? This is no option for me and I guess for lot of others too. I am from Austria and already bought some apps on the Austrian's Store/Marketplace ...

This option will not work in india it will work only in usa , you any way cannot go to usa and use it so change all the settings to usa in speech, regional language etc and restart and use it :0

I wonder why they favour USA, why not give it to all their customers and let the user choose to use it or not!!!!!!, i think we have to complain to MS about this unfair advantage given to their smaller market denying the features to their biggest markets!

Microsoft always think that US = world. Even if they sell much more wp device out of the US... Just look at Bing(or any other services)... If you set the region to US, it's suddenly almost a completely different thing. But yeah, this is a very stupid thing from Microsoft.
