How to add favorite phone numbers?

Received my Icon today coming from an iPhone 5S. Still getting used to everything but I have not been able to find a way to add a "favorites" list of frequently called numbers. Am I missing something or is that not an option on the Icon?

if your Icon is running windows phone 8 you can create groups by going into people hub /swipe to the rooms section/tap on "+" option/tap on Group/Name the group/add your favourite contacts by taping on "+" and hit the tick(done 0 button to save the group. If you want to pin this group to your start screen tap on pin icon .
