how to copy app data from sdcard to computer?

hey guys my sdcard is temporary corrupted means i can access all files and folder except ucdownload(even though my sdcard is 16gb this folders take around 17.17gb of storage strange isn't it?).
Due to this i am not able to start my phone it always shows loading instead of start screen.
After removing SDcard the phone boots normally.
I have all my apps on sdcard is there any way i can copy that data to my PC?

You could try copying the hidden WPSystem Folder from the SD Card and putting that on a new one. You need to enable the option in explorer to show hidden files and folders.
I never tried it so I can't confirm that it works.

i enabled that option still not able to view them

this is that folder which corrupted my sd card i guess this occur when i was exporting some downloaded songs from uc browser to SD card.

There are 2 options regarding hidden files. I don't know which of them is relevant for the WPSystem directory to be shown in explorer. Best is to try both. You should deactivate "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" and under Hidden Files select that all files should be shown.

The WPSystem Folder is on the root of the SD Card and should contain all your apps that are installed there. I don't know if the phone will complain if you put those on a different SD Card so I can't really say if that works or not.

it worked but i was shock on seeing the file size.check the size in picture

NeverMind guys was able to sort it out without deleting my data.
i use command prompt to solve this issue.
i ran cmd as administrator and type this command chkdsk directory /f for example chkdsk f: /f
but i lost some of the app like wpcentral;,wechat,skype,6snap,files,tumblr.
but i am happy temple run 2 and asphalt 8 were not lost

Can I get a little more detail with what commands you ran exactly? I'm having the same issue and am hoping for a walk through. I really appreciate the help!
