how to enable rich capture and HDR in denim?

hi just updated to denim in my 1520..the camera is noticeably faster.but i can't find any settings for the HDR and rich capture..the much touted new features?
is that enabled by default or if not where can i find the settings?

Look for the Magic Wand icon in manual settings

& hold down the camera button for moment capture
