How to enable word flow and swipe keyboard?

After updating my Lumia 1020 to 8.1, I was able to enable the word flow and the swipe keyboard.

But after 2 days it's not functioning.

I tried to repeat the settings when I enable it the first time but didn't work this time.

Help guys, really love the swipe keyboard.

Still works on my L1020; have you rebooted the sucka? (off/on)
