how to fix

[Windows Central Question]

l have hp win10 laptop.my action centre is can turn on,security service centre,firewall & defender is off can't on
Display notification as" turn on security service centre ".If I do that manually then after restart agin display same
I can't download update

How to fix it

Do you have a third party firewall/antivirus installed?If you do, I guess either you'll need to disable that or uninstall that first.
