My son has a Nokia Lumia 530 which does not have NFC tap and tag on it - how do I get this on his phone? It's a windows 8.1, and has sone a sony wireless headset he wants to use with the phone.

NFC is a hardware feature. The Lumia 530 does not have the hardware to support NFC. Unfortunately, there is no way to get NFC on this device.
