How to Move Photos frim Flickr to OneDrive

Ladies & Gents: Does anyone know of a good app or service that can move photos from (Yahoo!) Flickr to OneDrive?

I'd prefer to do it "cloud-to-cloud," meaning not download them and then upload.

Years ago, I remember reading about one, but memory fades, and I thought the Windows Central community might have good insight.
