How to set permissions on the SD Card.

Hello, I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 mobile on my Lumia 650(10.0.14393.448). I want to install vcREG, I've already installed CustomWPSystem and the xap of the vcREG is already on the SD Card. But when I'm trying to apply the xap via CustomWPSystem it shows me "You've to add permisions to the SD Card before the procedure". I searched on the internet and I found that must uninstall Extras+Infos by setting my time 100 years later. But on the current build of the firmware there is not Extras+Infos, there is only About and Advanced Info which I can't uninstall.

So how can I set permissions for the SD Card?
