How to set up a VPN to watch YouTube in countries where it is blocked?

Its for my friend who is living in Pakistan..there YouTube is blocked.. She has updated her phone into wp8.1 .. How she can access YouTube by using vpn

There are many ways to access youtube from Pakistan or wherever its blocked.. Can easily access Youtube by using proxies and free VPN such as Hotspot Shield, Tunnelbear, Unblock-US etc they all are free and easy to use after just Install them.. Other best option is free Zenmate Chrome extension just install it and use on chrome browser .. I also heard that Youtube is working in Pakistan now by using https:// in link you can try this..

but i can't find apps like Hotspot Shield, Spotflux etc. in wpStore.
