How to turn off Zune / Stereo Bluetooth feature

Hi all. How do I close my Zune App? Seems like all I can do is pause it and it remains paused. When I hit volume is shows the last song I had paused. Any way to completely close it?

Also, Anyway to shut off/disable the stereo aspect of the bluetooth? I cant find it anywhere. I just want the handset to talk on the phone on my Plantronics Voyaget Pro+.
