HP elite x3 minimum brightness is way too high at night.

HP elite x3 minimum brightness is way too high at night. It lights up the whole room while using Microsoft edge at night. Is there any way to decrease the minimum brightness or any app which does that? I have many apps in android and ios store which does that. Please advice is there any dimmer or low brightness setting in Hp elite x3 or any app.

If there's no setting to do so like Lumia's Brightness Profile, there's nothing you can do.
