HTC 8X Crashes with some apps....HELP

Hi there im having a problem with some apps and games crashing on my HTC 8x. The ones that are playing up are KIK messenger and Bejewled live. KIk just closes instantly on opening and Bejewled only closes it self when it tries to connect or load the leader bords, wich it does at the end of every game. Any help would be great!

Has your 8x received the GDR2 update? There have been reports of issues after the update.

When was this released and what what would the numbers be in the software please if you know this.. Thank you!
Just checked and no I have not received the update yet??? should I have and im on 3 network!

You can check for these number. 8.0.10327.77 (or 8.0.10328.78 depending on your phone model and mobile operator). And this article has some information on it, not everyone has it and no set schedule. Some HTC 8Xs reportedly getting Windows Phone GDR2 OS update today | Windows Phone Central
