HTC 8X Vibration Problem (it doesn't vibrate while it rings)

Hi,
I don't know if this issue has already been discussed but "How can i change vibration settings of my HTC 8X?"

For example: Let's say, i have 20 seconds long ringtone. The phone will vibrate at the beginning and then ringtone will play for 20 seconds and after these it will vibrate again and so on. The problem is it doesn't vibrate while it rings. Can i change this setting?

the only control over vibration is "on/off". under settings>ringtones+sounds. that's its, at least for now.
