i tried hard resat and it worked but i cant do hard resat every time i ran out of battery
also no led light when plug to charge ?
can some one help me .

Hi, it does sound more like a hardware fault with your phone.
You have tried a hard reset, but have you tried resetting your phone with the Windows Device Recovery Tool?
Also how about a replacement/different charger?

yes i did hard reset and it worked phone booted ...but when the battery died and i plug the phone to charger it keeps restarting
also no led light
i have tried many chargers but non of them are original htc

yes i did and when the recovery completed
it restarted and then boot_loop
maybe it is the charger ..i need to get and htc one for m8

How about when you connect the phone to the USB port of a PC/laptop?
Any difference with the charging LED?

Also how long have you had the phone?

no led
i can preform hard resat ...recovery flash ....and flash rom
but when it finished it keeps restarting
phone is 1 year old Verizon

I was hoping it might be under warranty.
Do you have an SD card installed? If so have you tried removing it?
Lastly after resetting the phone are you restoring a backup? Try without restoring the backup.
Failing that it does sound like you have a hardware problem.

how about you not let it go dead? LOL that's what your posts sounds like you're doing.... but if you're trying to charge it and its not charging with the power supply then your USB connector on the phone might be shot...so try another charger adapter and if 2 chargers are not working then it is the USB connector on the phone and there is nothing you can do about it but change the motherboard of the phone...

i have found the cause ...
the cause is because the phone when dies and battery is empty you need a boost to make it boot to os
since it was weak charger the power was weak
so this what i did ...
the phone were keep bootloop so i pressed the volume up and down to bar code screen
and i plugged my phone to charger after 30 min i pressed the power and it booted to os
i think its the charger problem ...needs an htc original charger to deliver the maximum power .

Boot Manager uses less power. It gave it time to charge some. Good thinking. You must have depleted it to less than 1% or so. Glad it worked.
