HTC WP8S down Screen frozen

Hi, my HTC WP 8S down screen were the call option is found is frozen for over 5 days now, I tried resetting the phone but it got stocked on the welcome message because I can't use the option "get started". Please I seriously need help to solve this problem!!!.

If its on that's good. Go to microsoft/find my phone then attempt to wipe the phone. Hopefully that will reset it. Let me know the outcome
