Saturday Breakfast - Ham wrapped potato

Lunch today. A quick and simple chicken salad sandwich with chips.

Saturday Dinner - Sandwich made with sliced chicken breast and topped with Tabasco green sauce.

A collection of food. Streak with chips. Prawn stir fry. Pecan pie with soy vanilla ice cream.

So yummy Mexican cuisine :3 it's posole ( pronounced poh so leh ) it's a corn soup that uses white corn with chicken pieces . It can be made with red sauce or green sauce to give it its color . Also you can make it with beef or pork or chicken or with just corn but it tastes better with chicken imho you can also put oregano, lettuce and chips :3

If you haven't tried it I think you all should

Extra Cheesy Chunky Chili Mac

Start with 1 lb of 97% lean hamburger. Brown it in a large sauce pan on medium; add 1 tsp each, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika while it cooks. After the burger is browned, add 1 can Hormel Chunky Chili with Beans and 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and reduce heat to simmer.

Start the water for your mac 'n' cheese mix. Boil the noodles. Fine grate 1 cup of extra sharp cheddar while the noodles boil. Cut the amount of butter to 3 tbsp and substitute 4 oz sour cream instead of milk. On low heat; mix boiled noodles (drained), sauce packet, butter, sour cream and grated cheddar until smooth and creamy.

Line a bowl with the extra cheesy mac 'n' cheese leaving a "well" in the center of the bowl. Mound the chunky chili in the center of the bowl and garnish the top with a dollop of sour cream.
