I know, it's boring but here's some home made pizza. Sardinian sausage and sheep cheese for something different.
We made pizza at home two nights ago as well.☺

Yesterday lunch, veggie burger with fixins and beans and rice (slightly healthier than french fries) with Honest Iced Tea.

Lunch at Rocio's Mole de los Dioses....phenomenal. Five types of mole sauces with Nopaltillas (cactus tortillas). I had their fresh cactus/pineapple juice to drink as well. My friend had the watermelon drink. We all ordered all of their different sauces - 12 in total. Very nice lunch indeed.

They were great!
To give a better run down on ingredients.
Instead of the usual tomato base we used a sun-dried tomato paste mixed with a chilli paste we have. We picked both up at a market. Both from Italy.
The Sardinian sausage and sheep cheese we got from a market in London near St Paul's cathedral. The sausage had some chilli in it. They are from small producers in Sardinia. I still have another cheese to eat.
The rest is mushrooms, bell peppers, courgettes, roasted peppers and artichokes.
Ignorance, there is a cure.

The only alcohol involved was in the bottom right mole sauce made with TequilaLunch at Rocio's......or drinks???ha ha ha

Only when I browse through the posts in this particular thread or when I occasionally leave my cozy corner of Northwest Arkansas do I fully realize just how culinarily inexperienced my wife and I really are. lol

You do get around though! I go to Chego to eat the couple of veggie dishes that they have and whilst I was getting my food, I could bet that about 95% of the other people were ordering the pork belly there and hence the recommendation. If you come to LA, ping me...
