Went to eat a Gujarati thali, a traditional meal in my home state in India yesterday for lunch. It was amazingly delicious! It was an all you can eat place where they serve you. I had at least three rounds of everything you see in the picture. There were two types of rice as well which are not pictured and I had one round of that too!

If you've eaten cow tripe (we have a dish of pressure cooker done cow tripe with large butter beans and white rice), it's not that different texture wise. Better yet, if you've had pig's feet in a soup, you're well on your way for the fall of the bone taste.
