Beef short ribs with fondant potatoes. Very pleased with myself for this one.

Sunday Dinner - Made a breakfast sandwich for dinner. Egg beaters egg whites, white onion, vegetarian bacon on toast.

Weekend indulgences.

I found out after ordering the cake that it was orange and chocolate. I know some people love that combination but it isn't one of my favourites and I tend to avoid it. Note, the cupcake isn't mine.



A very hot (though not eye watering.. well for me) Thai noodle stir-fry.
