I had a bit of a vegetarian weekend.
Afternoon tea at a country house
Yesterday's lunch - homemade falafel wrap and home made tabbouleh with some grated carrot.
Yesterday's dinner - Mushroom spinach tart (store bought, not buying again), tabbouleh and bean salad with a homemade mustard vinaigrette.
We went to a farm shop on Saturday and found out they carried a variety of heritage tomatoes. Though they apparently carry 20 different ones, we didn't see that many and we choose the best ones for us. It's sad that you don't really see these in the stores these days. Many people don't even realise how many varieties there actually are of tomatoes.
