Monday Breakfast - Breakfast wraps made with buttered tortillas, egg whites, cubanelle pepper, vidalia onion and prosciutto.

Sunday dinner - Baked root vegetables with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika. First time making it and it was really delicious.

So we went to a vegan restaurant one night. Here's the food!

Vegan 'French' onion soup. Not sure how this turned out blurry...



Stuffed aubergine with almond brown rice.



Quinoa burger with potato and olive compote.

Tuesday Breakfast - Toasted english muffin with chicken tenders marinated in pepper and garlic.

Tuesday Lunch - Hot Italian sausage.

Dinner tonight.

Fillet steak, fried potatoes, corn and tender stem broccoli.

Dinner Monday night - spicy steamed cake with radish leaves, tomato, onion, garlic and spices. After steaming lightly sauteed in oil for slight crispness. Devoured with hot Sriracha sauce.

Tuesday lunch - vegetarian tortilla soup with beans and rice and salsa, guacamole and grilled jalapenos. Tasty and spicy!
