Thursday (Thanksgiving Day Stateside) Dinner - Boneless turkey breast, injected with Tony Chachere's Creole style butter marinade Creole Style Butter 17 oz. and placed in a Reynolds oven bag for cooking.
Mmm...mmm...

We always make way too much for the two of us. At least I cut down from a whole turkey to just a boneless turkey breast. :grin:
Thanksgiving plate:
Turkey and chicken meatloaf, steamed seasoned string beans, mash potatoes, garlic shrimp and vegetarian lasagna. GF made the beans and the lasagna. I made everything else.
