Omelet (seasoned with salt, pepper and some mashed garlic in olive oil) with Black Forest ham, bell pepper and toast. And some strong coffee in my favorite mug :-D

There were lots of eats I should have taken pictures of this weekend but instead all I took pictures of was afternoon tea and desert... I should have taken one of the great Thai meal I had in London. The summer rolls were fantastic and the jungle curry I had was very hot but tolerable for someone like me.

In any case here's afternoon tea (well coffee for me). That is a small lemon tart.



Now we have desert from the Thai restaurant. This is a hot chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Yes it was as good as it looked. The desert in the background is my wife's strawberry sorbet.

Found an old SD Card with some food porn on it.

Bananas coated with brown sugar and grilled, topped with caramel and ice cream. Nomz.

My first attempt at smoked ribs. Turned out awesome.

Just a small correction I'm born in Bosnia and Hercegovina, it's the neighbor country of Croatia. Both simular and once part of Jugoslavia. The last 20 years I work and live in Germany.
So I hope one of the two take the cup, my bets are on Germany.

Yeah you got to love how the Germans play. I hope they take the cup, they deserved it. I planned to post some great German food after the match, but somehow I have no pics anymore left.

Haven't seen D?ner in about 5 years!! Thanks for posting My trips to Germany/Poland ended in 2009, I did show up for one quick visit in 2010 and 2011. It was nice to see it even though I am a vegetarian. Although most D?ner places serve really good falafel as well
