I Am Hungry! - Post Your Eats!

Pav Bhaji or bread rolls with spicy vegetables boiled and then sauteed in butter with spices and mashed into a fine paste on a large flat pan. This is from a vendor I used to frequent as a child. The original owner's son now runs it and it tasted just as good even after 30 years😀

So I accidentally went to a Michelin star restaurant in France. I know that sounds weird but we went by recommendation of our hotel and didn't know anything about the place. It was a great experience. Not stuffy at all and the food was awesome.

Anyway, it's a eight course dinner. The menu changes every night. They give you the menu at the end so you know what you had.

To go through the whole thing would take too long so here's the pics of the food. In order.

A smattering of South Indian items for dinner last night. Bisibela rice, mix vegetable parotta and vada sambar with three chutneys from Sarvana Bhavan in Fremont. Very, very tasty.
