i cant delete Telegram messenger

Hi, after last update (2.3.10) i cant run or delete telegram messenger, when i want to remove the app i receive this error: ... try again, error code 0x8000000e ...

pls help me, how can i remove it ? interop tools is installed on my phone, can i use registry editor fixing this problem ?

I had the same issue with WhatsApp! Could not delete it from the start even after resetting the phone. But uninstalling it from Apps and Games menu worked! Hope this helps!
