I can't find my Cortana after I reset my phone

English is not my native language.
I already have update to 8.1 dp and have cortana. But after I reset my phone, I cant find cortana. I have check everything such as region, language, speech keyboard but still no cortana. Please help me

Before this i alrdy use cortana. After I reset, I download dp, update to 8.1 update 1 and i also have do everyting in your picture. But still no cortana

I have the same issue: I live in Germany, but had all settings set to English(US) for using Cortana . After WP8.1 Update 1 Cortana was gone. Is there another workaround?

i change regeion language and keyboard to united state english and restart phone and back cortana
